The location of the cottage was perfect for our needs, with beautiful walks right from the doorstep. the accommodation itself was spacious, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities. the proximity to some amazing fish and chips was a definite bonus.

finding the cottage was a bit tricky as there were no signs indicating the correct turning. A map shared by a previous guest would have been helpful.

We had an incredible time at the beautiful Stables Villa. The house was recently refurbished and it was evident in the charming decor. The cozy and comfortable atmosphere made it the perfect place for our family getaway. The early check-in option was a lifesaver for our grandson's afternoon nap. The courtyard served as a great play area for the kids. The location was ideal, with easy access to walks in the Peak District and attractions like Chatsworth House. The garden at the front of the property provided a relaxing space to unwind. The thoughtful welcome basket was a lovely touch. The spacious dining room and living room made our stay even more enjoyable. Despite a few minor issues mentioned by previous guests, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Stables Villa.

The Stables in Stony Middleton was such a cozy and homey place to stay! The rooms were spacious and had a warm atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The bathrooms were amazing - they had showers that were so refreshing, and having two of them was a total game-changer! Plus, they even had hairdryers and a washing machine, which made our stay super convenient. As a guest who values comfort and relaxation, I couldn't have asked for more!

Personally, I wasn't a huge fan of the three bathrooms having only showers. Although I understand some people might prefer this, I do enjoy taking a long, relaxing bath at the end of the day.

We had a great stay at this spacious cottage in a beautiful location. The cottage was well-equipped and comfortable, and the lovely garden was perfect for relaxing. The surrounding area offered plenty of opportunities for walks and exploration, including visits to local attractions like Chatsworth House. The pet-friendly policy was a bonus for our family. The welcome basket and the well-furnished dining and living areas added to our enjoyable experience.

The signage for the property could be improved, as it was easy to miss the turning.

The location of this property was fantastic, with great walks right from the doorstep and it was conveniently close to attractions like Chatsworth House and the Heights of Abraham. The property itself was well-equipped, with everything you need for a comfortable stay away from home. The lounge and dining kitchen were nicely decorated and the central heating kept us warm during our stay.

There were a few minor issues that could be improved upon. The equipment provided, such as crockery and glasses, was just adequate and could have been better.

My partner and I recently stayed at a lovely quiet place in an excellent location. The spacious rooms were well equipped, making us feel right at home. We especially enjoyed the cozy atmosphere, thanks to the log burner and feather duvets. The property was also conveniently located near footpaths and a good pub. we had a great, relaxing time and would highly recommend it.

The poor quality of the pillows and mattresses. Despite trying all the beds, we couldn't find a comfortable one and had to improvise with folded towels.

Excellent location for Chatsworth House, with plenty of other attractions nearby such as The Heights of Abraham, Poole's Cavern, Treak Cliff Cavern & Eyam. Large property with enjoyable stay. Convenient access to nearby pubs, fish & chip shop, and curry house. Spar nearby for provisions, but also had a Tesco delivery. High Street known for being steep.

I always come back here for a reason. The staff helped me find transportation on my first stay, which I still remember. The place suits me perfectly with everything I need like free Wi-Fi, parking, and hiking. Ideal for my business trips. No regrets.
